The
Client contracts for a fully managed solution with Hoover &
Associates.
Training
and Supervision of the Team:
*H&A
employees take supervision and specific direction from H&A
management.
*Instruction and training for
project specific skill sets can come from a Client Manager
or class, though H&A sends and pays for H&A employees
to attend independent classes and seminars for training that
is not specific to a Client Project.
CORE:
In order to provide our client and its customers with the most
successful managed services possible, Hoover & Associates
supervisors and directors participate in weekly meetings we
refer to as CORE.
CORE includes the
Key Client Contact, usually a manager level client employee
who is responsible for updating objectives and reviewing metrics
that define results of activities performed by the H&A team.
Additionally, CORE provides the forum for brainstorming problem
solutions.
Client Hire
of H&A Employees:
It is a mutual benefit to have an agreement in place that defines
the method through which the Client can hire H&A employees
(after their employee agreement expires) given the boundaries
of mutual agreement, time frames and fees.
