How to provide us your information:

We have several ways you can get your information to us.

1. Drop off is available during all business hours. After-hour drop off is available through an onsite drop box to the left of our front entrance (limited space available).
2. Scan & Email is available at any time. Please email us to request a secure link for uploading tax documents. * If you do not receive confirmation that we have received your tax information, please call our office.

Returning Clients:

Please complete the appropriate Organizer from the Tax Organizers section of this page.

Please be aware of the following documents required for an accurate tax preparation:

• W-2’s from all employers;
• Unemployment Income forms;
• 1099’s and 1098’s from banks, credit unions, employer sponsored retirement plans, brokerages (both stock and crypto currency);
• K-1’s from investments or real-estate;
• Verification of Health Insurance from the Marketplace (1095-A);
• Any other Income received in the tax year;
• Charitable contributions made in the tax year (cash and non-cash) – Documentation is required for all donations made;
• Documentation of amounts paid for vehicle registration and real-estate taxes (if not included on 1098 Mortgage Interest Statement);
• HSA Documentation (1099-SA);
• Information and documentation, including closing statement, if property bought or sold during tax year .
